FACT Return to Headline The Black Heart, Camden

We love FACT. That’s just a well known fact. This brilliant hardcore unit threw one of the best shows Japan Underground has had to date in March of this year, and it’s no small wonder we’re excited to have them back in London once more. The band are scheduled to throw down a headline show on the 15th of November at Camden’s Black Heart, right before they embark on the Vans Warped Tour. And as if that wasn’t enough to persuade you to get you out on a Friday night, they’ve decided to bring some friends as well; Arizona, Fathoms and a special secret guest band will all join FACT on the very tiny stage at the Black Heart.

For more information, check out the event Facebook Page.
Tickets are £8. For ticket reservations, send an email stating your full name to shinfo@nmamanagement.com
This gig is 18+ only and you must bring ID on the night.

You better send that email sharpish, this gig is going to sell out fast. And if you do need persuading, here’s a video by ElectricBloom of FACT’s show with Japan Underground:

With just 20 advanced tickets left for FACT‘s only UK headline show of their current tour, we think it’s safe to say the show will more than likely sell out. And why the hell not! On top of FACT, there’s support from current chart rockers AREA 11 (their first live appearance since their debut album’s release), polytechnic rock from The Social Club, and authentic, scrumptious Japanese street food from Peko Peko Kitchen. Beer, circle pits and yakisoba all round then!

Hitting the stage at 9:30 will be FACT, bringing their flavour of post-hardcore all the way from Japan (and, er, Northwich). In the UK the group had two albums released under Hassle Record, as well as a main stage appearance at Sonisphere Festival. Here, we’d say they’re probably best known for their first major release Fact of Life (it has over 2 million hits on Youtube). After two headline UK tours the group returns with a new guitarist (3 now in total!) and supporting British hardcore group Your Demise. Tonight will be FACT’s only UK headline show of their current tour. Here’s one of our favourite songs:

AREA 11:

On stage from 8:30 is Bristol’s finest Minecrafters AREA 11. The boys released their debut album All The Lights in the Sky earlier this month, and it went straight to the top of Amazon’s MP3 rock chart, and entered at number 10 on the official UK rock chart. Tonight will be Area 11’s first live appearance since the album’s release, and they’ll be supporting one of their music heroes – FACT!

The Social Club:

When we asked FACT to play, we asked if they had any demands. One was to get The Social Club to play with them. We made it happen. If you like rock ‘n’roll guitars, tinkled keyboards or full-throated choruses in the style of Weezer, The Hold Steady or The Get Up Kids, you’ll be in for a treat when these guys hit the stage at 7:30.

Japan Underground Presents FACT’s Headline Tour Finale – 1 March

NEWS JUST IN: FACT add a further date to current UK and European tour. The punk-outfit are currently rocking the British Isles with Your Demise throughout February, but on Friday 1 March they will return to London once again for an exclusive headline set with Japan Underground.

The show will take place at regular Japan Underground haunt The Pipeline near Liverpool Street in London, and will feature support from polytechnic rockers The Social Club, and Bristol’s finest Minecraft manipulators Area 11.

Tickets are on sale now priced at £10 and available from WeGotTickets.com, or £12 on the door. Best hurry though, a quarter of the tickets have already sold before we even got round to officially announcing the show! You can also join the Facebook book event page by clicking here. See you there!!
