ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION Ready to Split the Eardrums of London: 31 May

The mighty ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION have just announced that they will be touring Europe this year, which is to include a date in London! The news first broke from Gotch’s Facebook page, the frontman of the alternative rock quartet. There, his message simply read ‘AKFG will have concert in Europe. London on May 31th, Paris on June 2nd, Cologne on June 3rd.’

2013 marks the tenth anniversary for the band, who has had large success abroad (as well as Japan) due to several of their songs featuring in major anime series, including Naruto, Full Metalalchemist and more.

More details when they’re announced. For now, here’s one of their videos:

About Tom Smith
Some say he's fuelled on nothing but energy drinks, and that when he visits Japan, he spends the whole time engaging the ground in an all too familiar way. But what we do know is that his words on the country's entertainment and culture find their way into NEO Magazine on a monthly basis, while everything else finds its way here. Be it quirky news item from the Land of the Rising Sun, or a story so gruesome it'd be rude not to pass it on, you'll find it here along with his general posts about life, work and most importantly play. And yes, he has had articles printed in the likes of MCV, GamesMaster, 360 Gamer and more, thanks for noticing.

At the moment there is no official announcement. As soon as it’s officially announced we’ll make a news story on the venue and how to buy tickets :)
