the GazettE Interview: NHK’s VIEWERS’ CHOICE 2012 Winner

Japan’s NHK World, the international broadcasting service of the NHK, recently asked its viewers to vote for their favourite shows shown on the channel during 2012 for its VIEWERS’ CHOICE AWARDS 2012. There were 50 programs nominated, from travel shows, to cooking shows, documentaries, music shows and everything in-between  Then, the program with the most votes would be played back-to-back on the station over Christmas. Amongst the nominations was an exclusive interview with the GazettE on J-MELO, ‘the only Japanese music show in English’.

The votes have been counted and the winning shows have been announced. J-MELO’s interview with the GazettE became the most requested show in their category  The show had one other episode in the nominations, one featuring an interview with VAMPS. This also made the final listing at 3rd place.

You can catch J-MELO’s interview with the GazettE on Friday 28 December at 2:30am GMT, while the interview with VAMPS will be shown on the same day at 0:30am GMT. In the UK you can also watch it on channel 507 with BSkyB, channel 209 with Freesat, or frequency 11137.41MHz with DTH.
